Even you don’t have kidney stone, it’s bad for your health.
Drink less water
Some people don’t like to drink water, which is easy to lead to kidney stone. So you should drink a cup of water in the morning, which is very effective to prevent kidney stones. Especially in summer, you should drink water after sweating to avoid urinary concentration. Although fruit juice, soup and milk can be used as auxiliary drinks, but pure water is the best choice to supply water to our bodies.
Drink milk before bed.
As we all know, drinking milk can improve sleeping quality, while there is a large threaten to health, it’s easy to lead to kidney stones. Patients with kidney stones shouldn’t drink milk, because there are a lot of calcium in milk. The most dangerous factors is that the density of calcium increase suddenly in a short time. After drinking milk 2 hours to 3 hours, it’s the peak time to remove calcium from kidneys. The urine concentrated, and a lot of calcium through kidneys which may aggravate kidney stones.
