1. Drink more water,  and everyday more than 2000ml;
2. Regulate diet and exercise intensity to maintain weight within normal range;
3. Eat more alkaline vegetable foods, such as vegetables, fruits, etc.;
4. The preferred source of protein is low purine foods, such as milk, eggs, etc.;
5. Limit the intake of purine containing foods with daily purine intake < 150 mg;
