Exercise for Patients with Kidney Problems

Living a healthy life can help patients with kidney diseases to manage a better physical condition. Mild exercise which is safe and effective to kidney disease patients plays an important role in this.
1. Taiji.
Taiji is a mild exercise which takes the waist as the hub so that taiji is very suitable for these people who are aged or weak.
2. Self-massage waist.
You should rub your two hands to make it heat, then put your hands to the places of your kidneys and massage waist down. It won’t be helpful until you can feel the heat on your waist.
3. Stimulating the soles of your feet.
You can do this by heating your feet and let your right hand press your left foot and left hand press your right foot.
4. Strong kidney operation.
First step, put your two feet parallel with the feet distance as the same as shoulder width. Then make your arms droop down naturally and put your hands affix to trousers seam. Lift your heels and don’t let it down until you health for 9 times.
Second step, slowly squat and let your hands approach to the ground. Then make your hands becomes the fist with a light strength and take a deep breath.
Third step, stand up gradually and your arms droop down.
These exercises can do several times continuously depending on your physical condition.
