Symptoms of the acute glomerulonephritis

Acute glomerulonephritis is called acute nephritis for short. Some people call it acute nephritic syndrome because of the difference of pathogenesis. It is a diffuse glomerular non suppurative inflammatory lesion caused by the immunoreaction after the infections. It is mainly edema, oliguria, hematuresis and high blood pressure clinically. While what symptoms will occur with acute glomerulonephritia?

2. Edema: The edema begin with the eyelids, it is downward and non pitting.
3. Oliguria and hematuresis: 24 hours urine volume is below 200ml with infants, 300ml with preschoolers and 400ml with school children. The color of gross hematuria can be the sample of the washing water or the strong tea samples.
4. Headache, vomiting, convulsion, disturbance of consciousness and other hypertensive encephalopathies will occur if the patients have the high blood pressure or the pressure of the patients obviously rise.
5. Patients can have cough, anhelation, palpitate, pulmonary rale and other severe back to the circle congestion manifestations.
These symptoms help us find the disease early and also treat it early. Therefore the disease can be treated well early.
